Peachtree Hills Place is a residential community offering a continuum of care for adults age 55 or better. It is situated on 23 acres in the Peachtree Hills neighborhood and provides an array of services and amenities to ease everyday life. Located between Peachtree Road and Piedmont Road, members will be in a familiar area and continue to easily take advantage of shopping, dining and cultural activities while keeping their same relationships with religious organizations, businesses and civic organizations. The community will offer a diverse selection of residential options in mid-rise villa buildings or single family homes. The focal point of the community will be the clubhouse offering dining, fitness center, health center, spa, library, creative arts and general interest activities for members. Peachtree Hills Place will also offer a full continuum of Medicare certified health care services including an on-site clinic, in home assisted living and onsite skilled nursing and memory care.
