As his own parents aged, Atlanta native Andy Isakson began to identify a significant unmet need in the Atlanta metro area. At Park Springs, his goal is to create a retirement community that offers a continuum of care with the highest level of quality and service at every level. Andy Isakson is founder of Isakson-Barnhart Properties and General Partner in Isakson-Barnhart Development Co., LLC. The company has a 15-year history of quality development, ownership and management. Created initially to develop a Dekalb County shopping center, the company has expanded to handle a variety of large retail and mixed-use projects. He and partner David Barnhart have a combined development portfolio of more than 3.5 million square feet. Andy's depth of experience in leasing, property management, construction management and finance have proven invaluable in laying the groundwork for a large, multi-faceted undertaking like Park Springs.

David Barnhart is General Partner in Isakson- Barnhart Development Co., LLC. Barnhart moved to the Atlanta area following service in the United States Army and, in 1973 opened Coldwell Banker's commercial real estate office. Barnhart has overseen the development of power centers and grocery anchored shopping partners in Georgia and throughout the Southeast. And he has been a direct development partner for large retail partners over the past 15 years. Barnhart is exceptionally well-known for his skill in the areas of site selection and anchor/tenant relationships.
