In addition, Peachtree Hills Place offers a variety of amenities and services members can enjoy as they desire. These services are available within a residential environment where the emphasis is on maintaining an independent, active lifestyle.

As a residential community offering a continuum of care, Peachtree Hills Place is licensed and regulated by the Commission of Insurance and the Department of Community Health in the State of Georgia. Peachtree Hills Place is the recipient of the award for the nation’s best residential community offering a continuum of care in the category “On the Boards” from the 50+ Housing Council of the National Association of Home Builders.

Buckhead is one of the nation’s most affluent communities with beautiful mansions, distinguished shopping and fine dining.

Adjacent Midtown is an area known for its residential diversity and business district as well as its cultural attractions including the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the Woodruff Arts Center, Piedmont Park and the Fox Theater.

Peachtree Hills Place is minutes from Downtown, major interstates I-285, I-75 and I-85 and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Isakson Barnhart is Georgia’s developer of premier residential communities for those age 62 and over. The company’s vision is to provide amenity-rich, independent living for discerning adults. This mission manifested itself in Park Springs, the company’s flagship community in Stone Mountain. Park Springs was nationally recognized by the 50+ Housing Council of the National Association of Home Builders as the recipient of the 2005 Platinum Award as well as the Gold Award for Interior Design.

Life Care Services (LCS) is a leading manager of residential communities offering a continuum of care throughout the United States. Since 1961, LCS has been involved in the planning, development and management of more than 180 senior residential communities throughout America in which more than 46,000 residents have chosen to live.

What types of residences are available?



A:

Our 23.3-acre community includes 266 residences including one-, two- and three-bedroom villas and 8 single-family homes.

May I customize my home, and is there an additional cost?



A:

Peachtree Hills Place offers 18 distinct floor plans each equipped with standard design features and appliances. Upgrade packages are available at an additional cost.

Q:

What amenities and services are available?



A:

Peachtree Hills Place boasts an elegant 61,000 sf clubhouse offering multiple dining venues, a library, business center and special interest rooms, as well as a separate 15,000 sf fitness center with indoor pool, warm water therapy pool, exercise room and a day spa. The community has multiple parks, walking paths, garden space and a five-acre preserve.

Members enjoy on-campus services including a full-service concierge and valet, banking, convenience shopping and salon. Everything from interior and exterior maintenance and housekeeping to security, utilities, landscaping, dining and transportation are also available. Other services are available and can be arranged on an “a la carte” basis.

What healthcare is available?



A:

Peachtree Hills Place offers assisted living within members’ individual residences through on-site in home health care services. The Terraces, Peachtree Hills Place’s health center, offers Medicare-certified skilled nursing and memory care in 36 private rooms. Each floor features a kitchen and social areas. The Terraces also provides therapy and rehabilitation centers. It will be licensed by the State of Georgia. An on-site clinic will also be available to provide services to all members.

Nurse practitioners will be available for evaluation, coordination and on-going care. Visiting physicians will provide primary care services for members who choose to have their primary care at Peachtree Hills Place.

Q:

What is the financial structure?



A:

Members pay a one-time 90% refundable entrance fee that entitles them to the exclusive right to live in the residence of their choice and provides access to and complete use of the on-campus amenities such as the clubhouse and fitness center.

The entrance fee also ensures member’s access to The Terraces, either on a temporary or permanent basis, and 90 cumulative days in skilled nursing at no additional charge other than meals and ancillary items.

The entrance fee does not deliver title to the residence. If the member leaves for any reason, 90% of the entrance fee will be refunded to the member or to his or her estate when the residence is sold.

Members also pay a monthly service fee that covers the cost of all standard amenities and services, property taxes, property insurance and utilities. A second person monthly fee will be required for couples.

Can the monthly fee be increased?



A:

Monthly fees are established in current year dollars and can be increased no more frequently than once every twelve months.

What dining options are available at Peachtree Hills Place?



A:

Peachtree Hills Place will feature four dining venues created by renowned Chef Paul Albrecht that include a more formal restaurant, a comfortable main dining room, a grill, and a casual café and market which will be open to the public. Private dining and ballrooms for entertaining are also available.

Peachtree Hills Place offers flexible dining plans from which members may choose.

How do I qualify?



A:

Members generally must be 62 years of age or older, possess income and resources sufficient to meet financial requirements and be capable of living independently.

What is required to make a reservation?



A:

A deposit equal to 10% of the entrance fee for the residence selected will be required.

Q:

Is there a cancellation penalty?



A:

At Peachtree Hills Place your 10% deposit is fully refundable for any reason up until the time you close and pay the balance of your entrance fee. You may risk losing the interest your deposit earns if you cancel for non health related reasons.
