Construction at Peachtree Hills Place. Peachtree Hills Place will eventually become home to those who seek a secure, independent lifestyle with access to a continuum of care right on site. When completed, it will include 274 independent residences – consisting of 266 villas and eight single-family homes – and 36 skilled nursing and memory care suites. Assisted living care will also be offered on site. To date, the old apartment buildings that occupied the site have been demolished and removed, clearing the area for the next phase of site preparation to begin when appropriate.

All Peachtree Hills Place Members will enjoy a full slate of amenities, on-site retail establishments, dining, full service spa, and fitness center. Isakson Living’s new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) is scheduled to open in Buckhead in 2011.
