The holidays are fast approaching bringing our year to a close. For all of us at Peachtree Hills Place, 2018 has truly been one for the books. Our homes are selling, and our membership is growing.
Each new Member brings something special to Peachtree Hills Place. We are creating a community together, and it has been our sincere pleasure to watch you build relationships with your neighbors.
As we round out the year, we thank you for your trust while we develop your future home and for your commitment to creating and sharing our Peachtree Hills Place community.
We’re happy to announce that we’re closing out the year with 126 homes sold, 7 pending, and more than 200 Members!
As 2018 comes to a close, we want to present you with a housing update. We have 10 homes remaining in Phase I featuring our Randall and Springdale floorplans. And we’ve already sold 16 homes in Phase II with 3 pending including a few of our brand new floorplans: Marion, Belvedere, Conway. We are excited to see how Peachtree Hills Place will continue to grow in the new year!
In preparation for move-ins this coming Fall, remember our 5-Part Program and Move Management Team is here to make the process as easy as possible. Use the tools we’ve given you and remember we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
