The hardscapes at the Peachtree Hills entrance and around the clubhouse and pool have begun and will be ongoing for the coming months. The slab for the porte-cochere has been poured. The site-wide natural gas is to begin in the coming month.
Footings have been completed for AWII, and footings for AW5 have started and will continue in the coming months. The two crane bases have been installed.
The structure is complete. The shingles on the roof are ongoing. Interior light gauge framing has been completed up to the third floor, and mechanical rough-in and windows have been completed on the lodge second floor. Drywall is ongoing on the first and second floors of the clubhouse. Exterior sheathing is ongoing, and stone and stucco have begun and will continue in the coming months.
Exterior framing and the overhang structure are complete and stonework and
stucco on the exterior are ongoing. Storefront windows are complete, and the pool and spa have been excavated. Concrete work of the pool is ongoing.
The lights and painting will be completed prior to the completion and filling of the pool. The framing and drywall of the locker/restrooms is ongoing.
Austin Walk I
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough-in has been completed up to the fourth floor,
and drywall finishing is ongoing on the first floor; second-floor drywall hanging has begun, with prime coat and paint to follow up the building. Cabinet installation is ongoing throughout the building. Countertop installation is to begin in the coming month.
Final lighting and plumbing fixtures are ongoing starting on the first floor. Stone and stucco are ongoing around the building.
Austin Walk II
Asphalt shingles are ongoing, with TPO complete. The building is dried in.
Mechanical rough-in is nearing completion on the third floor. Drywall has started and will move up the building in the coming months. Exterior stone and stucco work have begun and will be ongoing for the coming months.
Austin Walk IV
Roof truss erection and metal decking have started and will be completed in the
coming weeks. Ice and water shield have started at the plywood roof decking, with TPO and shingles to follow. Exterior sheathing and exterior waterproofing are ongoing.
Infill light gauge framing on the third floor is underway, and the mechanical and plumbing rough-ins have begun.
