Site – Paving has begun at the road and parking lot south of Austin Walk II, and will be completed at the loading dock in the coming weeks. The old sidewalk along Peachtree Hills Ave has been removed, and the permanent sidewalk has been installed. The construction trailers have been moved from the corner of Peachtree Hills Ave, and Virginia Ave and the construction fence has been moved back so this area can be competed. Underground Water and Sewer continue to be installed across the sight, and the connection across Virginia Ave will be completed in the coming weeks.
Clubhouse/Lodge – Footings under the administration offices continue, and backfill at the ballroom is on-going. Footings under the dining are as and foyer have begun. Underground electrical and plumbing are ongoing in all these areas. Early next month we will pour the slab on grade at the ballroom, and begin forming the elevated deck at dining.
Pool Building – The slab on grade has been poured, and the glulam structure will begin first of June. Following structure will be the installation of exterior windows, and digging out the pool.
Austin Walk I – Three of the four PT deck pours have been completed at the first floor of Austin Walk I. The fourth and final pour is scheduled to be complete by the of the month. Following the completion of concrete structural walls will begin. Next month we will set the structural steel walls, and begin placing the hollow core decking for the second floor.
Austin Walk II – Slab on grade in Austin Walk II is 50% complete, and forming for the first floor has begun. Underground electrical and plumbing is ongoing at the remaining areas, and prep is beginning for the final slab on grade pour. Next month we will finish the slab on grade, and begin pouring the first floor PT slab.
