THE TERRACES AT PEACHTREE HILLS PLACE ADDS NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR BRANDON O’REE
Experienced Senior-Living Administrator to Lead “Culture-Changing” Community with Household Model of Care
The Terraces at Peachtree Hills Place, which provides assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation in a luxury residential community for those 55 and older in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta has hired Brandon O’Ree as executive director for assisted living and memory care, effective Monday, August 16. As such, O’Ree will be responsible for daily operations, including management, staffing and regulatory compliance of the 85-home community that encompasses four levels of person-centered care. O’Ree brings a wealth of experience leading teams at continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) and senior healthcare facilities throughout the Southeast, including recently directing the daily operations for three properties encompassing 111 independent apartments, 131 assisted living apartments and a 40-bed skilled-nursing facility.

The Terraces at Peachtree Hills Place features a person-directed emotions-based household model of care to provide individualized care for every member and ensure physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Households are designed to meet members where they are in their health journey and provide both lifestyle and supportive services to sustain whole-person wellness, including social programming, spa and health services, a Mediterranean diet prepared by personal chefs and mindfulness exercises to promote memory health, and a dedicated health services team comprised of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and a full-time in-house doctor specializing in geriatric medicine. “I am looking forward to joining the team at The Terraces at Peachtree Hills Place and being on the leading edge of culture change in the senior care industry,” said O’Ree. “Through the household model of care, The Terraces at Peachtree Hills Place is able to offer members a level of personalized care that is not often achievable in congregate living settings.”
O’Ree received a bachelor of science in health services administration from Auburn University and a master of business administration from Georgia Southern University. He is a licensed nursing home administrator in both Georgia and Alabama, and a certified director of assisted living in Georgia. O’Ree is an active member of the Georgia Healthcare Association, an advisory board member of the Auburn University Health Administration Program and past president of the Health & Hospital Administration Organization.
O’Ree lives in Vinings, Georgia, where he enjoys traveling, running and spending time with family. He is passionate about mentoring youth in the community.
