The Terraces at Peachtree Hills Place Visitation Policy

We are excited to host visitors to our community! Please see our Visitation Policy regarding higher Levels of care including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Short- term Rehabilitation below.

Peachtree Hills Place skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation are regulated by the federal Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and must follow their rules and regulations for visitation. Assisted Living, including Memory Care, are regulated by the State of Georgia. Additionally, all areas of higher levels of care must follow the guidance put in place by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Should indoor visitation be curtailed by the CMS, CDC, or the State of Georgia, outdoor visitation will be allowed.

Indoor visitation for all higher levels of care will be available if and when the following two criteria are achieved:

  • The building or separate community is free from positive COVID-19 cases for a period of 14 consecutive days and there is no active outbreak testing being conducted;
    and
  • The 14-day positivity rate for the county where the community is located is less than 10% as reported by the Georgia Department of Public Health in its most recent report. [Additional Considerations for Skilled Nursing: CMS will allow visitation for Medicare patients in compassionate care situations according to the core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention and facility policies]
