A Household That Feels Like Home
Memory Care that Allows Residents Living with Dementia to Thrive
In 2017, Isakson Living was the first to bring a unique model of memory care to the U.S. This person-centered approach to dementia care brings hope to connect with those living with dementia so they can thrive. It’s a place where feelings are the priority.
“The old model is, ‘Live here and we’ll take care of you.’ The model we’ve created is quite different. It says, ‘Live here and take care of yourself. We’ll help facilitate a highly rewarding lifestyle.’”
